ORDER

July 21, 1989

On June 21, 1989, the Authority issued an Order granting the National Treasury Employees Union (Union) an opportunity to correct deficiencies in its petition for review of negotiability issues in the above-referenced case.

The Authority's Order stated that the submission must be filed by June 30, 1989, and that failure to comply with the Order may result in dismissal of the Union's petition. 5 C.F.R. § 2424.4(c)(1).

The Union has failed to respond to the Authority's Order of June 21, 1989. Accordingly, the Union's petition for review is dismissed. 5 C.F.R. § 2424.4(c)(1).
