Individuals have the right to attend and observe public meetings that are subject to the Sunshine Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552b, and the Authority is committed to the Sunshine Act’s promise of open government. From time to time, the Authority will hold such meetings, and, pursuant to its Sunshine Act regulations, the Authority will provide advance notice, describe whether the status of the meeting is open to the public, and provide the time and location of the meeting. The Authority’s regulations governing open meetings may be found at 5 C.F.R. § 2413.
