Tuesday Training covering statements and acts that interfere with, restrain or coerce employees in the exercise of their Statutory rights under 5 U.S.C. section 7116(a)(1) and (b)(1).  Examination of the discrimination and retaliation standards under 5 U.S.C. section 7116(a)(2) and (4).   Examination of the Authority's Flagrant Misconduct Standard and a review of the Union's Duty of Fair Representation.
