The Ins & Outs of Bargaining Unit Status - Statutory Exclusions

This course, led by FLRA attorneys, will cover the Authority's current case law and methodology for resolving disputes concerning the types of work that are statutorily excluded from bargaining unit eligibility, including the following positions: 

-           supervisors;

-           management officials;

-           confidential employees;

-           employees engaged in personnel work;

-           employees engaged in national security work; and

-           employees engaged in audit functions.
