Topics addressed include matters that are within the Scope of Bargaining, the Duty to Bargain (meaning when bargaining occurs -Term, Mid-Term and Change), Defenses to the Duty to bargain (Covered-by and Waivers), good and bad faith bargaining and bargaining remedies.
