This case is pending before the undersigned pursuant to a Motion For Summary Judgment and an Order To Show Cause. General Counsel of the Federal Labor Relations Authority filed a Motion For Remand to the Regional Director in order to permit her to approve Charging Party's withdrawal request filed pursuant to a settlement agreement entered into by the parties.

Accordingly this case is Remanded to the Regional Director, Atlanta Region, Federal Labor Relations Authority.
