DECISION REMANDING CASE

TO REGIONAL DIRECTOR

The Regional Director of the San Francisco, California Region of the Federal Labor Relations Authority issued a Consolidated Complaint and Notice of Hearing in the above-captioned matter. A hearing was held pursuant to the consolidated complaint before the undersigned on November 21, 1996 in Los Angeles, California. Briefs were to be filed by December 23, 1996.

On December 13, 1996, Counsel for the General Counsel, pursuant to section 2423.11(e)(1) of the Rules and Regulations of the Federal Labor Relations Authority, filed a Motion for Remand to Regional Director.

Whereas the Charging Party has requested that the charges in the above matter be withdrawn, and

Whereas all parties agree that the consolidated case should be remanded to the Regional Director, it is

ORDERED that the case be, and it hereby is, remanded to the Regional Director to take such action as is deemed appropriate to effectuate the purposes and policies of the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute.
