SUBJECT: Agency Response to OMB Memorandum M-24-10

The Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA) does not use, and does not anticipate near-future use of any Artificial Intelligence (AI) covered in Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Memorandum M- 24-10, Advancing Governance, Innovation, and Risk Management for Agency Use of Artificial Intelligence. FLRA’s Information Resources Management Division (IRMD) closely monitors Agency ITC and, additionally has investigated each component and office for both use and intent to use.

FLRA, via the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO), will re-assess its entire enterprise environment no less than annually to discover active uses, or coordination or planning for future use of covered AI.
