Carol Waller Pope, Chairman of the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA), has appointed Mary Jacksteit as Chairman, and Betty Bolden, Diane T. McFadgen, Jonita Whitaker and Alexandria L. Panehal as members, to the Foreign Service Impasses Disputes Panel (Foreign Service Panel). Chairman Pope stated that she was pleased to be able to appoint such qualified individuals.
